Who we are
MojMajstor.me is a craftsman directory in Montenegro. The site operator is the data controller; contact: info@mojmajstor.me.
What we collect
When you submit an ad we store title, description, category, city, phone, name, email and IP address. Phone is public on an approved listing. Email and IP are not public.
Why
We use the data to publish the ad, notify you about its status, prevent spam, and contact you if you chose a paid plan. Transactional emails do not require marketing consent.
How long
The ad and contact details stay while the ad is active or until you delete it via the manage link. IP addresses are kept for up to 90 days for abuse prevention.
Private job requests
A request is private. We store the job description, category, city, optional photos and name, email, optional phone, phone-sharing consent and IP address. After you confirm your email and we approve the request, we send details through private links to up to 10 approved listings with verified emails in the same category and city. Tradespeople do not see your email. Only priority recipients who still have a featured listing can reveal your phone, with your consent and while the request is open. We record link opening, phone reveal and response times and response messages for delivery and abuse prevention. We email you responses with the tradesperson’s contact details. You can close or delete your request through your email link. Approved requests expire 30 days after review; unverified requests close after 7 days. We remove the phone, name, IP address and response messages 60 days after closure; email, description and photos remain until deletion. Do not include sensitive information in descriptions or photos. Tradespeople can turn off requests through the unsubscribe or listing management link. Public counts show only approved, verified requests by category and city in the last 30 days, including closed requests.
Signing in to My panel
If you sign in to My panel, we keep an account with your email address and sign-in times, and your browser keeps a session cookie that keeps you signed in. To prevent abuse we briefly keep sign-in link requests with the IP address and a hashed form of the email. We store no password because there is none. We delete the sign-in account on request through the contact form.
AI assistant
Messages you type into the assistant are processed by Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock, EU region) to generate replies. We do not store conversation content.
Your rights
You can edit or delete the ad via the link in your email. For access, correction or deletion write to info@mojmajstor.me.
