Acceptance of terms
By using MojMajstor.me – browsing ads, submitting an ad, or contacting a craftsman – you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What MojMajstor.me is
MojMajstor.me is a directory connecting craftsmen and clients in Montenegro. We do not employ craftsmen, do not handle payments between parties, and are not a party to any agreement between a client and a craftsman.
Posting an ad
An ad can be submitted without an account. Every ad is manually reviewed before publishing – we may reject, edit, or remove it without giving a specific reason. The manage link (to edit or delete your ad) is sent to the email you provide; you are responsible for keeping it and not sharing it with others.
Sending and receiving requests
You can submit a request for free without an account. Delivery requires email confirmation using the button on your private link and manual approval. Requests are not publicly searchable; keep private links safe and do not share them. Supply only your own contact details and photos you have the right to share. Contact, responses and finding a tradesperson are not guaranteed. In priority mode, featured recipients receive earlier access; only priority recipients may reveal your phone with your consent. A featured listing does not verify expertise or identity. Tradespeople with an approved listing and verified email may receive requests in their category and city, respond once per request and unsubscribe at any time. Agree on price and work directly. Close your request when no longer needed. Report misuse of private links or contact details to info@mojmajstor.me.
My panel
Anyone with access to the email address confirmed on an ad can sign in to My panel. That person can edit and delete every ad using that address and see its enquiries and client requests. Keep your email secure and don't forward sign-in links. Changing the email on an ad moves the ad to the new address.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your ad and for the phone number you list belonging to you. Publishing someone else's contact details or misrepresenting yourself is not allowed and such an ad will be removed.
Prohibited content
Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, spam, or unrelated to craftsman services is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates these rules, and to restrict access for users who do.
Imported listings
Some ads are imported from other publicly available directories to make browsing easier. If you own a listing imported this way and want it changed or removed, write to us at info@mojmajstor.me.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcome of services provided by a craftsman listed on the site. The agreement on work, price, and warranty is strictly between the client and the craftsman. MojMajstor.me is not liable for damages arising from that agreement.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The site and its features may change or be discontinued without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro.
